Exchange Policy

All items can only be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order. To ensure a successful exchange, please make sure the following conditions are met:

• Items must be returned in their original packaging (e.g., shoeboxes for trainers) and include all original tags, which must be attached and undamaged.
• Items must show no signs of wear, washing, or damage, unless you are returning them due to a fault.
